In all cases these prices exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). Currently this is 12.5%, however Government has announced an increase to 15% effective 1 October 2010. This tax percentage may be subject to change without prior notice.
Emerald Cottage |
Fully furnished luxury family vacation home with views across water to Rangitoto Island. Upstairs Master bedroom with en-suite, two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower downstairs. Conservatory with indoor spa. Security system and individual climate control.
Rates are for two people sharing – extra person rate of $50.00 per person still applies.
Minimum stay of 3 nights required.

Two fully self contained holiday homes adjacent to
the Inn. Lounge, full kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry.
Two double bedrooms with the option of two king size beds or one king bed and two single beds.
This rate is for minimum stay 3 nights and is a “Villa Rate” for maximum 4 people staying. Long term rates available. |
